Competed in the fall case competition, placing top 5 out of 30 teams, by underwriting a local student housing project and providing an investment proposal with a value-add renovation plan to a panel of judges

- Conducted market research on a future self-storage development by using the CoStar database and by calling 14 local facilities to calculate average rent prices, resulting in an projected ROI of 12%.- Organized and sorted through 120 pages of invoices in a pre-development budget to assist with a deal closing and identified 3 separate errors amounting to approximately $95,000 in saved capital.- Strengthened financial modeling skills by utilizing MS Excel and ARGUS Enterprise to underwrite 5 developments and acquisitions spanning across multiple asset classes.- Designed a template by leveraging MS PowerPoint and consolidated a list of 45 submission requirements to facilitate a response to a local municipality’s redevelopment plan RFP/Q.- Assembled a pitch deck for the firm's C-suite executives which outlined the locational advantage of a possible mixed-use development project which was presented to potential investors.
