Responsibilities:Ensure order accuracy for all POs produced in Duluth, GA plant, verifying materials, plates, shipping method, etc and completing WO checklists.Initial and continual training of current Duluth, GA customer service representatives.Primary contact for national accounts regarding POs, shipping, statuses, and other pertinent issues. Investigate possible RMAs to the root cause and provide prompt resolutions.Coordinate with management, purchasing, production, and shipping to fulfill rush requests and alternative solutions to delayed materials.GSS skills: partial/balance WO configuring, router/job jacket creation and maintenance, tooling check, part relabel/rename issuance, estimating, new order dashboard and blanket release management.

ResponsibilitiesLabel estimating based on customer provided specs and sample for profitability.Create label configuration and tooling spec sheets for all new label orders for production.Issue and receive stock production inventory into the system, as well as adjusting physical inventory count discrepancies each month. Coordinate with purchasing and production to ensure all material, labor and equipment are ordered and scheduled so an appropriate delivery date can be promised promptly.Initial and continual training of CSRs.Verify all provided label details, order specifications, samples, materials, and quoted cost/profit rates agree to ensure accurate production and scheduling, resolving inconsistencies as needed.
