Diverse, multi functional team member with effective leadership abilities that is goal orientated and has a natural disposition for research, analytics and a strategic mindset.My chosen educational path as well as professional roles has fostered a diverse and in-depth understanding of many functional areas. This has enabled the ability to contribute meaningfully within a cross-functional environment and, a strategic mindset regarding changes in the business environment, the resultant management decisions and impact on functional areas within a company that encompass an interdependent relationship. The realisation of results and focusing efforts on long-term goals is what motivates my demeanor. I hold the belief that an effective, engaged and successful team is ascribed to a leadership approach that encompasses a combination of authentic and servant leadership styles. Transparency, ethics, consistency, empathy, stewardship and conceptualisation are characteristics that aid in fostering trust, purpose, commitment and agility. Ultimately, leading by example manifests an environment whereby members chose to participate in the fulfillment of a company's vision and mission.I find stimulus in challenging environments, acquisition of knowledge through research and gaining an understanding of complex scenarios by means of a systemic viewpoint. I endeavor to continually heighten my emotional and ecological intelligence so that I can live with purpose and positively contribute to the shared interconnectedness of our surroundings. In a personal context, happiness comes in the form of running, travel, nature, family and friends.
