Act as a liaison between the client and the recruiting team.Identify and screen, either in person or by telephone, new and existing candidates on an ongoing basis.Assist in populating/updating candidate database through various sourcing efforts.Search for appropriate clinical research professionals matching current or future openings.Obtain Curriculum Vitaes (CVs) of candidates and maintain electronic and hard copy files.Arrange interviews with clients and candidates.Provide administrative management and oversight of contracted clinical research professionals throughout the duration of their assignments.
