As a Director and the Chief of Operations at Cubro, I oversee the operational business functions with key responsibilities which include; developing company operational strategy, defining attainable goals, implementing HR and coaching requirements in order to align all levels of company and communicate expectations and motivate the TeamBeing a COO requires a thorough knowledge of every part of the company to ensure it is running at maximum efficiency and is able to meet objectives and provide cost-effective, innovative solutions and superior service for our customers’ healthcare equipment needs.Since starting in the Cubro warehouse in 2002, I've since worked through many different positions within the company, which has given me an excellent understanding of the business across multiple departments. I've also set up many of the processes and systems in place at Cubro, and was central to the start up of our Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland branches.Cubro is a leading providers of innovative and cost-effective healthcare equipment, enhancing the quality of life for the elderly and disabled.
