I became shift lead after 2 weeks of employment. I would lead my medical team during my shift that would take care of over 900 inmates. I would perform my nursing duties and help my medical staff accomplish the duties assigned to them.

Utilized skills in verbal de-escalation and therapeutic communication to provide a therapeutic milieu and to allow therapy and personal growth to flourish. Patients would range from adolescents to military veterans with PTSD. I would often work on the psychiatric trauma floor which was one of the best psychiatric trauma programs in the nation.

I would manage my individual contracts from point of sale to the full installation of cabinetry. I would use computer software to render visual design layouts and to program CNC machines to process the cabinet parts. I helped simplify some of the steps and helped the efficiency of the process by increasing parts rendered and produced by the CNC reducing manpower and decreasing overall man-hours and material wasted.
