Additionally, I led a rigorous data-centric site analysis for a new distribution center, which led to notable cost minimization and operational reform. This strategic maneuver yielded thousands of dollars in monthly cost savings, facilitated efficient access to the east coast, and improved inventory management processes, thereby strengthening shipping revenue.
