In this internship position I had the responsibility of Creating Content for the company’s social media platforms with the primary focus on Facebook and Facebook advertising. I helped my team Build and monitor A&H’s social media content with the goals being to build engagement and attract followers, thus helping our customer retention. I got to participate in a project that allowed myself to Help install a Facebook advertising campaign with the intent on selling through Facebook shops. The campaign that I designed and executed Boosted social media engagement by 66%. This Helped drive brand awareness, customer conversion, and retention.With My time at A&H I also Helped with the brainstorming and creation of the company new logo design. This was a fantastic learning experience and I got to see the process that you go through in a companywide marketing change that was implemented like the new logo design. I also Assisted with data collection, data entry, and data organization on the company’s inventory and on new customer leads and metrics. Regarding the industry that A&H operates in which is the aftermarket Automotive parts business I learned how to Collect and gather data as it relates to sustainable availability of parts, using internet websites and OE dealer web portals.
