I believe that there is no such thing as digital strategy or business, merely strategy and business in a digital world.My mission is to empower businesses and leaders around the world to build better, more sustainable and more strategic businesses. My current focus is GROW coaching and my speciality lies with providing businesses the guidance that they need to evolve their business and operating models. With a background in engineering and IT, I have 20 years experience spanning not only the corporate world, consulting and coaching, but also the technology, manufacturing and service industries. I thrive when presented with a new challenge and pride myself on my versatility.My early life taught me the value of humility, and my young adulthood taught me the value of hard work and perseverance. I learnt that you finish what you start, no matter how much you want to stop. The challenges I faced weren’t easy, but I overcame them with flying colours – a skill I have carried over into my professional life. Ultimately, I’m driven by the desire to learn, succeed and inspire.

    I am an entrepreneur and business coach at GROW, with over 20 years of experience in the technology, manufacturing and service industries. GROW is a business coaching company comprising of a group of passionate, growth-hungry, results-driven business coaches whose aim is to help business leaders and teams unlock their potential so that they can build profitable, impactful and enduring businesses. I have a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, and completed my MBA in 2010, at the University of Pretoria. My career includes principal consulting for NTT’s Digital Transformation global practice, Managing Director at AlwaysOn WiFi, Incubation and Innovation GM at Internet Solution. However, my current focus is on GROW coaching and several of my own business pursuits.
