He has won numerous accolades for his work in the culinary world. He studied nutrition and gastronomy at university before following his passion into the world of food. After cutting his teeth as an international chef and restaurant consultant in London, France, Italy, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong, he found the lack of industry sustainability didn’t sit well with him. In 2018 he started The Cricket Hop Co Ltd. in Vietnam and has grown the company internationally-selling in over six different markets and three different continents. The Cricket Hop Co. is now the best selling cricket-based protein flour in the UK. He was a Chef and nutritional adviser to exclusive health clubs, gyms, restaurants and hotels across the UK and Europe who were looking to improve and develop their menus. His previous role was for Dublin's finest Health Club and Spa; Eden One. He is the driving force behind Pup Pup Foods nutritional products for animals and believes that pet nutrition is just as important as our own and that sustainable protein is the future of health and wellbeing.
