Increased Bayley’s North Shore revenue by 400% over a 12 year period from 2004-2016.We have the highest gross commission on average per agent per annum on the North Shore.2012 - Opened new branch office in Devonport, establishing a high street presence in the heart of the suburb, which has become one of our most successful branches.Currently have a dominant share of sales in the top end of the Devonport and Bayswater residential market.2013 Bayleys Real Estate National Sales Manager of the Year 2014 - Open new branch office in Long Bay. Bayleys Lead Manager 5 years for ‘The Block NZ’ - a popular reality TV show where couples compete to renovate and sell a house at auction for the highest price. 100% of the properties were sold at profit.

North Shore, Auckland

An opportunity came up to purchase shares in the Bayleys North Shore franchise. Bayleys were not well known or established on the North Shore, yet the area aligned perfectly with the Bayleys brand, targeting mid to top-end properties, so it was an exciting opportunity to grow the business.With two offices in Takapuna and Albany already set up, my role was to set up and manage the Mairangi Bay branch. Key achievements include: Secured a core team of 10 people within 1 year of opening.Grew the Mairangi Bay business from $0-3.5m revenue over a 5 year period.Bayleys North Shore achieved a 10% market share in the residential and lifestyle markets within 3 years.We gained a significant share of the rural and lifestyle market in particular. Now Bayleys North Shore is known as the go-to agency for rural and lifestyle property.2009 Westpac Enterprise North Shore Business Excellence Awards, Excellence in Service Delivery (High Distinction) and Employer of Choice (Finalist).

South Auckland

After acquiring a business specialising in rural and lifestyle properties, Bayleys Papakura approached me to manage their Papakura office. I became a minority shareholder and managed a team of 12 agents selling and leasing residential, rural, lifestyle, commercial and industrial properties across South Auckland. We grew the team and business considerably, with a 110% increase in revenue over a four year period.
