It is my responsibility to ensure that all cash drops made during the previous working week are counted, correctly entered on the computer and collated ready for cash collection. As well at the end of every week it is required of me to complete a stock check of all products in the store providing an up to date record of all variances between what is on the system, and the actual stock count. I have good communication and telephone skills, as a satellite store, on a daily basis I am needed to phone the core store for a transfer order so that my store has all the necessary stock needed for the day. I also use email frequently for communicating with head office and my area manager. I often carry out general admin tasks such as dealing with post, sundry purchases and filing of paperwork. As Senior Supervisor I also have to oversee that the staff are working efficiently and that customers are served quickly to keep the store running smoothly. It is my task to make sure rotas are complete and adhered to and that all shifts are covered. I am needed to train all staff so that they provide excellent and efficient customer service and that they maintain a clean, friendly and inviting atmosphere.
