I presented financial guidance to the president and other senior managers with respect to financial aspects of all business areas. Successfully removed the company from the factoring of its receivables to obtaining a Line-of-Credit facility with Suntrust bank through the use of my Cash Management strategies. Recovered over $500K in close out funds from expired contracts. I was able to achieve a target profit of 8% for the company by minimizing all overhead cost and treating each direct resource as a mini income statement. Supervise all relationships with financial institutions, IRS and state tax authorities, external auditing agencies, 401(K) administration and corporate leases.
