I am currently working at RHP Computer Solutions as a help desk technician/field engineer, whilst completing a level 6 apprenticeship in digital and technology solutions at Staffordshire University. During my time here I have been exposed to configuring and installing core infrastructure of businesses and managing them externally. I have also had experience in digital marketing during my time here, I have been scheduling social media posts to boost sales and also worked on the SEO and SEM of the business through researching the IT industry.
