I’m an experienced management professional with a strong technical and delivery background and board level experience honed over 20 years of working across multiple industries and sectors including electricity, rail, water and waste water, manufacturing, and infrastructure. I’ve built my career in a variety of roles and industries, working in both large and small companies, and on both the delivery and client sides. I’m not only used to wearing many hats, I sincerely enjoy it and thrive in an environment where no two work days are exactly the same whilst developing, maintaining and implementing longer term strategic business goals and implementing a cycle of continuous improvement.Some of the interesting projects that I have delivered or been involved with throughout my career as a Senior Project Manager have been:• the delivery of one of the first 61850 9-2 substations in Australia• Implementation of an energy management system (Network Manager) for the mining industryAs a representative on the client side:• Business restructuring and EBA negotiations • Development of the Asset Management strategy for a rail network I have a strong set of facilitation and negotiation skills, honed from being in EBA negotiations through to chairing boards.
