Running a mobile food operation - specialising in pizzas. Currently offering takeaway pizzas from home bi-weekly as well as pizza ‘pop-ups’ at pubs/breweries/restaurants etc. Also can cater for events such as birthday parties.

Brunch chef! Part of a small kitchen team, responsible for all aspects of the kitchen, making brunch meals to order, food preparation, menu development, ordering stock.

Intrinsically involved in the inception of this company, from sourcing ingredients to writing the menu. Once the business was active with events/pop-ups, worked as a chef, working in a converted horse trailer/pizza van, with a wood fired oven. Tasks involve hand stretching pizza dough, topping + launching into oven, alongside ongoing menu development.

Worked for Mollis in a temporary role during their pop-up at Saltbox during the summer.

Working as a Chef de Partie, responsible for running any station and running the kitchen in absence of the Head Chef

Alongside my studies I worked part time as a retail assistant. This was my first job role and the experience helped me build my customer service skills and build confidence in a work environment.
