Extensive track record across global investment banking (Bankers Trust Australia, Zurich Capital Markets, Investec, RBC Capital Markets) and multi commodity resource project development including asset and corporate deal structuring, cross border project finance, project joint venture negotiation and representation. Have advised and worked with global majors and juniors in Australia, North America, Africa, North and SE Asia. A co-founder of Metamor Capital Partners Pty Ltd, a family office investor in emerging companies and co founder Manuka Resources Ltd, where I am COO. I have a Bachelor of Engineering (Mech) and Economics from the University of Queensland and a Masters in Commerce from UNSW, Sydney.
