As Director of Operations and Business Development at Chatt Taste Food Tours, I put together all the moving pieces and logistics of a Food Tour business. A food tour is like speed dating, but for restaurants where guests go on a curated experience to "date" (eat at) 4-6 different restaurants all within a few hours. In this role, I ensure guides, restaurants and guests are all on the same page. Additionally, in this role I conduct interviews for guides, and ensure staffing levels are meeting business needs. Lastly, in this role I bring Chatt Taste to our community by attending networking meetings, Chamber of Commerce meetings and community events.

As an intern at Nooga Networking, I help plan, promote and create new events. Some of my responsibilities include touring potential venues, and talking with current partners to farther the business relationship. Our mission at Nooga Networking is connecting individual professionals and businesses with others and keeping the Chattanooga small business community thriving.

As an intern at Unum, I handled a vast array of business activities including but not limited to placing phone calls to customers regarding their disability claim, sending correspondence and legal papers, creating, modifying and tracking progress on spreadsheets and assisting with training of new hire classes. In my time at Unum I coordinated training classes for 8 new interns and balanced schedules with over 10 different instructors. I also was cross trained across multiple departments within the company.

Coordinate shop functions, ensure exceptional customer service and make memories worth repeating.

Duties include: Washing and detailing cars that are sold. Ensuring that lot is in order by keeping inventory organized for better customer presentation. Cleaning facilities inside and out to ensure customers are experiencing a clean and safe and visually pleasing environment.

Travel to restaurants that are newly opening or are temporarily corporate owned. The role of a trainer is to ensure that all new employees are properly trained to be successful in every position they will be put into. A corporate trainer is to know how to train on every position and is required to have a deep knowledge on how the Chick-fil-A franchise operates.

Work with team to ensure drive thru and front line are serving customers at maximum efficiency meanwhile ensuring safety, grade A service, accuracy and speed. Responsibilities include: answering phone calls, solving any issues guests may have and communicating with upper leadership.
