During the 12 years at ZoomRx, I was personally responsible for helping grow the company from a 4-person, bootstrapped startup to a successful global market insight consulting firm with 500 professionals and annual recurring revenues of >$40M.As leader of the global consulting organization, I led a practice that serves >65 active client organizations (all commercial-stage global bio-pharmaceutical clients) and 250 active engagements. Led engagements with hundreds of client organizations with a wide range of strategic objectives: bringing new products to market, crafting sales and marketing strategy, reacting to market events, etc. Personally involved with the growth in client relationships and related revenue growth; oversaw consistent double-digit growth for more than a decade.As part of a five-member company management team, I shared collective, cross-functional responsibility for the long-term evolution and health of the company. Key responsibilities included: long-term strategic planning, firm-level go-to-market strategy, operational streamlining, long-term financial planning, etc. Over the company’s development, I built and led >5 novel teams across consulting, sales, marketing, new product development, and operations. At the end of my tenure, I led three teams with a combined size of more than 200 people, with 15 direct reports and the remainder reporting indirectly.
