Coordinates and manages all Entrepreneurial Training Academy (ETA) Classes, Training, Programs, and Intake related to these programs. Helps manage all data related to these programs and overall GCMI programs. Evaluates and assesses client activities and provides coaching and client support. Provides back-up support to key GCMI staff as needed. Act as a liaison to class instructors and GCMI administration. Prepares reporting documents to aid in securing federal grants. Creatively and strategically writes grants or Request for Funding for programmatic activities and special events. Coordinates and supervises all related aspects of event planning and maintains advantageous and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors, community partners, corporations, and local dignitaries, businesses, supporters and volunteers.

Career Center Director: Provided technical job search assistance and counseling to students. Routinely advise students on a one-on-one and group consultation of resume writing, interviewing skills, and professionalism and character building. Provide students with the skills needed to professionally create a job readiness plan or career analysis. Work closely with disabled students who need additional assistance. Partner with vocational rehabilitation organizations for added vocational or rehabilitation development. Responsible for reporting graduate status and changes on a weekly, monthly and completing an institution placement report annually. Coordinates and organizes all campus activities, including community service projects for organizations that foster to disabled and disadvantaged individuals, spirit-week, clothing drives and food drives and community appreciation activities, etc. Prepare and arrange guest speakers and business professionals to present and demonstrate most current job trends, placement and employment laws, etc. Manage many successful relationships with employers in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area for placement opportunities.- Individual career guidance to 100+ career-minded students. - Planning, supervision and assistance in delivering career programs and workshops (self-assessment, resume writing, interviewing techniques, workforce development, salary negotiation, and job search strategies) designed to prepare students for the job market. - Serves on Business Advisory Committee and works with other members to develop and implement strategies for solidifying and leveraging relationships both internal and external, to support our students in grasping the core competencies and assisting students in developing a strong career portfolio that promotes their abilities.
