Provide integrated healthcare through collaboratively coordinating clients wellness plan and progress with other Community Support Specialist's, Psychologist's, Psychiatrist's and Counselor's, use motivational interviewing skills towards achieving wellness from all eight dimensions of wellness including social, environmental, physical, emotional, spiritual, occupational, intellectual, and financial; educate clients on healthy lifestyle, physical health, mindfulness, anger management and effective communication, facilitate group therapy and education of anger management within inpatient treatment, and perform expert office administrative skills through assisting in admit process of residential treatment and accurately documenting clear and concise billing through Anasazi database for integrated healthcare and maintaining excellent productivity.

Work as a Shift Leader through monitoring the performance of each server, acting as the motivator for the restaurant, promoting teamwork and high quality performance, consistently achieving the top card reader report in sales, customer satisfaction, work ethic, and properly filling out and filing paperwork each shift.

Supervise staff productivity, report and file all injuries, complaints and tasks for each worker daily, designate tasks for each shift, lead the crew through motivation, effective communication and department systemization.

Productively clean assigned rooms, answering overhead pages, restroom maintenance, serving dinner to residents, floor care, providing answers and assistance to residents and family members with questions or in need of help.

Assist in office work by answering the phone, communicating and coordinating the seating charts, passionately greet and seat guests, provide restaurant information and maintain the excellence of the restaurant with the upkeep of the environmental services.
