• Position Objective:
• Responsible for the planning, delivery promotion and evaluation of library programs and services that meet the educational, recreational and learning needs of adults, including home library service, and family and.
• To play a key role in a dedicated team of library staff and contribute to strategic direction and innovation within Wyndham Libraries.Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality reference and information services to library customers.
• Lead the customer service team to meet Wyndham Library Quality Standards.
• Assist with daily housekeeping duties including shelving, library presentation and hold alerts.

Lalor Library

• Responsibilities:
• Providing excellent customer service to the public
• Assisting with information desk and telephone inquiries
• Resolving disputes with library borrowers
• Closing the library and reconciling the cash
• Processing membership applications

Rosanna Library

• Responsibilities:
• Coordinate branch activities and events
• Planning and management of events
• Management of annual entertainment budget
• Attend and participate in regular meetings at both branch and coordinator level
• Creating and fostering partnerships with local community groups and organisations

• Responsibilities:
• Administration support to the Community Engagement team with all projects
• Coordinate the Summer Reading Club program
• Coordinate Finding My Place
• Develop monthly youth eNewsletter TMI
• Printing and photocopying

Lalor Library

• Responsibilities:
• Coordinate branch activities and events
• Planning and management of events
• Attend and participate in regular meetings at both branch and coordinator level
• Creating and fostering partnerships with local community groups and organisations
• Promotion of activities, events and general library services

Banyule City Council - Ivanhoe

• Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Account Payable department, including the keying-in of invoices.
• Daily bank reconciliation
• Sorting, recording and obtaining authorisation of utility invoices and where applicable investigating and providing reconciliations for large creditors or estimated accounts.
• Monthly reconciliations of various accounts including dishonoured cheque, Australia Post commission, amex/dinners fees, stock control, fuel cards, bank fees etc
• Processing and cancelling of BPI and stale cheques, preparing journals, participating in year-end processesAchievements:

• Responsibilities:
