Guiding and supporting all of the event team leads in planning all of the events put on by FYE. Some of the responsibilities include helping leads manage event timelines and equitable work distribution, supporting leads during the staff assessment process, and stepping in to support event planning as an extra set of hands, as needed. In addition, planning and running meetings and workshops.

Overseeing pool activity and teaching swim lessons as needed. Some responsibilities include checking guests in, performing swim tests, interacting with members of the community, enforcing guidelines, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Restocking shelves and offering excellent customer service. Opening and closing duties as well as regular cleaning and organizing. Managing phone orders and bagging.
