Haylee Cooper Email and Phone Number

My name is Haylee Cooper. I am a graduate of Florida State University’s College of Nursing in Tallahassee, Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in June 2014. I took my first position as a Med/Surg nurse in November of 2014 at North Okaloosa Medical Center where I enjoyed caring for my patients and gaining a wealth of knowledge every single day. After about a year at North Okaloosa Medical Center I got married to a military man which took me away to Virginia where I happily accepted a position at Sentara Leigh Hospital on their surgery floor in July 2015. Sentara Leigh is a magnet recognized hospital, which I am so proud to say I am a part of. I continued to work on the surgery floor for two years, and then accepted a position at the same hospital on the labor and delivery unit where I aided in the labor delivery and postpartum care of moms and babies. I also served as the co-chair, and then the chair of the hospital’s Practice Council which is the leader in improving the hospitals quality data by using a shared decision making structure. My husband and I then moved back to Florida due to the military where I am still working labor and delivery at a local hospital.
