As Director of Sales and Events, I process incoming leads daily and bring them to sale. I work side by side with Brides/ Grooms, Managers, Business Owners, People of the community, etc. to book weddings and events. It is my responsibility to generate proposals and contracts for potential events that lead to a secured booking. I also have the responsibility of planning and promoting events at the Retreat. It is my responsibility to not only conduct the sales of all events, but assist in any department that I can.

In this position, I was able to drive brand awareness while also building reach for our product. I would call on potential new accounts for Red Bull and form relationships in hopes of driving new distribution to stores that were not an account with the company. I would also perform sales support to existing accounts to create relationships with the managers in each establishment and ensure Red Bull is available and visible in each outlet.

I was able to drive awareness about the brand and promote our brand effectively. I was also promoted to team captain and in the role of team captain I had the duties of creating the team schedule for the upcoming week, helping in conducting interviews, and overseeing all team duties while our manager was out of town. I would also plan to go to consumption occasions and promote Red Bull while also getting consumer feedback on our product to new users, frequent users, and infrequent users to gain insight into the company from the consumer's point of view. I was also able to identify consumption occasions and make events that would promote our product on those consumption occasions.
