Curriculum Designer And TrainerCharacter Education Foundation 2020 - PresentI joined as the sole curriculum designer, creating the blueprint of the nonprofit and school based Character Education program, ‘Kids with Character’ for instructors to teach in diverse schools. I transitioned to also leading and consulting primary years educators under the Train to Trainers (ToT) model to deliver the program. As the lead trainer and designer, I taught over 50+ hours of training workshops for new and experienced educators and regularly evaluated the curricular with project officers and coordinators to effectively integrate 9 ‘Kids with Character’ modules for Years 1 to 4 students of different schools. -
