Throughout my career I have always had a strong focus on continuous improvement and driving forward operational effectiveness and efficiencies.Whether through rolling out Process improvements, creating Standard operating procedures, implementing and measuring performance metrics or reviewing and improving assurance and governance, I have worked to implement sustainable operational improvements in every team I have worked in. Outside of work you will likely find me camping, going to the gym, or spending time with my dog, whether its dog walks or cuddles on the sofa she brings a lot of joy to each day, and even makes it onto the odd Teams call!
