Leading the delivery of a multi-million £ commercial strategy, management of a team of 7 highly skilled Project Managers to identify and implement significant change programmes to deliver end to end value across Sainsbury’s supply chain.

Responsible for building the 5 year strategy for the clothing online business across all elements of the proposition from operations, to trading, marketing and retail. Responsible for defining the strategic direction of the Clothing Online business and delivering that vision to board members and senior leadership.Responsible for ensuring that the strategy was able to drive growth by managing the delivery new business initiatives and implementing process improvements across the Tu clothing online business.

Successfully launched Sainsbury's Tu clothing online as a central member of a small team. Involved in the launch of the new channel from original strategy & business case preparation through to delivery of the project. Personally led and managed the retail and operations workstream:- Led the design of new in-store systems working closely with development teams, architects and business stakeholders to design the end product- Managed wide variety of stakeholders gaining strong alignment on vision and design- Lead the design and delivery of training to over 20k colleagues- Led presentations to both board directors and huddles of over 150 colleagues- Significant participation in agile development process including discovery, sprints and UAT- Responsible for planning and handover of the project to BAU process
