I have created numerous spreadsheets to track gross profit and sales. As General Manager of a Michelin Guide restaurant I oversaw the operation, administration, and F and B training of this highly regarded local restaurant. Duties included hiring of all staff members, production and implementation of training schedules, annual review and evaluation of both restaurant and staff progress, as well as the day to day running of the floor.
