• Program Management Quality Assurance• Assist in managing the financial performance of Airborne Surveillance, Command and Control (ASC2) program. • Assists in review of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements to prepare quality assurance plans and tests for hardware and software products, processes and services. • Develop Quality budgets, schedules and cost estimates. • Analyze Earned Value Management data and develop Variance Analysis Reports. • Maintain processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer and regulatory requirements are deployed using established procedures. • Collect and verify data to support the identification of root cause routine problems. • Provides ideas and concepts for corrective action development. • Supports quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements. • Compile data and provide recommendations for material review disposition. • Interfaces with customers, business partners, suppliers and regulators on routine topics and issues. • Coordinates internal responses to customers, partners, suppliers and regulators for management review and approval. • Participation with stakeholders to develop and implement preventive/corrective action plans to assure that trends, systemic issues and/or root causes are addressed and that quality tools are used for continuous improvement. • Research, compilation and analysis of performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability. • Review of work statements, regulatory programs and customer requirements, and compilation of inputs to program leadership team to ensure early quality involvement in program development. • Review of program Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics, and dissemination within the assigned organization to assure compliance with program contract and customer regulatory requirements.

Conduct quality investigations of significant issues to include internal findings or suppliers and subcontractors. Use SAP and other company tools determine factual data resulting in professionally written reports suitable for submission to senior management.Participate or lead project requirements development and testing of new Quality Assurance tools for L-3.

Supervise calibration operations, ensuring timely calibration/accountability of over 10,000 M&TE assets. Manage $0.7M budget with no overruns. Monitor lab and calibration processes of both internal and external labs to ensure compliance to Quality procedures and AS9100 / DCMA 8210.01C requirements. Monitor overdue calibrations and issue Corrective Action Requests when required. Act as liaison between L-3 and on/offsite calibration service providers to meet turn-time requirements and stay within budgetary limits. Serve as Secretary for the L-3 Corporate Calibration TeamSupervise 5 personnel assigned to the Quality Control Station, responsible for Stamp control, SAP data entry from work orders and discrepancy records, document QC, sorting, filing, labeling and archiving of all production documents.
