Branch Manager based in Carlisle, working towards monthly KPI's & targets, managing P & L by ensuring costs are effectively managed and growth opportunities identified. Leading with branch Health & Safety and ensuring we are fully compliant for all internal & external audits alongside monthly checks and reporting. I am fully operational in the warehouse and support the warehouse team with all transport compliance and over see the full operational side of the branch. I have a team of experienced Customer Service Advisors who support our Territory Account Manager. As and when required I visit customers and present them with business reviews and ways in which product rationalisation can save their business money, but also make improvements from a sustainability point of view in the way of Product Award and Carbon Forecast. Here at BCHS we have company values, the group for ensuring these values are imbedded is called Culture Club. I am the Culture Club lead across the whole of BCHS and also support other Bunzl divisions. I host a monthly Team's call and provide weekly updates with fun/informative activities which not only link into our company values but also National Awareness Days. To effectively manage business development across Carlisle RWP. Engaging with employers and apprentices age 16 plus, attending careers events and being proactive with marketing ideas to promote RWP. Working towards weekly and monthly targets , attend senior management meetings to discuss strategies and set out action plans. Apprenticeship Levy and Employer Support Manager is one of my roles within RWP Training. I am the point of contact for all employers who wish to discuss or learn more about the apprenticeship Levy for new or current staff.

Working within Business Development responding to employer leads and enquiries, maintaining employer relationships, sell an apprentice via telephone and face to face. Interview potential apprentices and complete the relevant paperwork so that I am able to match them to specific employer vacancies. Promote apprenticeships and other programmes RWP offer by attending careers events, school assemblies, parents evenings and mock interviews. Update all employer and learner information on spreadsheets and our own in house system. To ensure month on month growth of in-learning and maximise sales from existing employers.

Dealing with customers on a daily basis in store and over the phone. Completing daily tasks such as admin and Foreign exchange. Working towards targets for Travel & Foreign Exchange. Use my passion & enthusiam to close sales and interact with colleagues. Working on the virtual call centre to do enquiries and bookings.
