Within this role, I reconciling invoices against the purchase order and code of the company/department/region. I am updating large numbers of batches into the accounting program – Microsoft Dynamics AX. I am processing EFT and BPAY payments, reimbursements as well as cheque payments. I am reconciling corporate credit cards both manually as well as using ProcessMaker.

During this time, I played a key role in entering large numbers of batches into accounting programs such as True ERP and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. I processed regular EFT and BPAY payments, reimbursements and cheque payments. I reconciled invoices with the purchase order and code of department/region. I also reconciled corporate cards as well as managed fuel cards.

Here, I developed strong customer service skills and successfully exceeded customer expectations. This included accounts receivable functions to assist customers with accounting queries and bookings. I also handled accounts payable duties to assist suppliers with their queries and processed invoices. I displayed strong numerical skills by solving simple arithmetic without the aid of any technology.
