Lead a team of 2 to oversee internal and external communications for Frasers Property Singapore’s Retail, Commercial and Residential portfolios, while driving rebranding initiatives through a brand audit of 20 properties across asset classes. Oversee content and digital marketing strategies for website and social media, as well as provide in-house social media on-boarding and consultancy to marketing teams across 12 retail malls. Develop and enforce communications protocols and guidelines across all 20 properties, along with leading centralised PR efforts and managing crisis communications/ media queries.

Champion the adoption of social media platforms and tools across 12 malls through a customised social media course, development of social media guidelines and cascading shared content. Drive social media following and engagement rates across Frasers Property Singapore’s Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages with storytelling strategies. Develop a strong communication plan as well as active community management for all social media pages.

Manage content on and drive traffic to Suntec City’s website and social media pages and tap on these pages to execute brand and promotional campaigns. Issue press releases and plan media buys to position Suntec City as a mall of choice for local and overseas visitors.

Work alongside the sales team to conceptualise and pitch event ideas to clients to secure sponsorships. Lead one team member in ensuring smooth execution of events and planning of event budget.

Build relations with clients and partners, plan and execute attractive promotions and events to drive CLEO’s readership. Lead one team member in planning all events in-house, including big scale events such as CLEO Bachelors and CLEO’s first runway show on Audi Fashion Festival, and targeted events such as CLEO Career Workshop and CLEO Beauty Workshop. • Run ATL and BTL activities such as in-store displays, EDMs, subscription deals and targeted magazine sampling campaigns.

Handle pre-, during and post-event logistics for the magazines’ signature events like CLEO Bachelors and The Singapore Women’s Weekly’s Great Women of our Time.
