TPG is a Property Services company with specialist teams to deliver Project Management of shop fitting and refurbishments and a Facilities Management team to deliver planned and reactive property maintenance UK wide.My role within TPG Consulting was predominantly focused towards the Facilities Management. Within my role at Cardiff Council I worked as a Home, school Education worker. Supporting children with emotional and behavioral difficulties within a school or home setting as well as working with children and families at risk from social exclusion. Working at home with parents in supporting them with their parenting strategies and any other challenges they may be having.Within my role I was required to constantly review and assess a family’s needs and implement an approach that will achieve the desired result. I was required to attend professional meetings and have discussions with other professionals within other agencies. Accurate field notes were typed up at the end of each visit and I was expected to manage my own work load and diary, it was vital be organized and a professional manner was needed at all times.
