I am responsible for managing the Data Science & Reporting Team while also leading optimisation and campaign strategy across our Publishing and Optimisation Business Units. A core focus lies in ensuring our product is optimised to its most engaging iteration through our internal A/B testing processes. My team are aligned on all campaign strategies and goals across departments, are effectively tracking campaign performance, maximising campaign engagement while minimising cost and filtering any learnings on campaign performance back into the business. As the paid digital space continues to grow and evolve on an almost daily basis, a large part of my role as lead is to ensure we are agile, have a problem-solving mindset, foster opportunity to test and learn whenever possible, as well as stay abreast of all industry changes.A critical component of my role is ensuring our success in the social space is translated into reports that wow our clients. My core focus is presenting data in a way that enables our clients to be better decision makers.
