During 2023 I have covered for the Digital Director for Factory International Gaby Jenks on a range of Digital, Cultural and Broadcast projects. During this time, I led the digital output and delivery for the 2023 Manchester International Festival, and supported the opening phases of Aviva Studios, redesigned and recruited internal Production teams to support captures and filming in the venue, acted as Executive Producer on a variety of films and broadcasts including the forthcoming film by Director Jenn Nkiru, an as live capture of the MIF23 production THEY featuring Maxine Peake, and the browser based video game I CAN'T FOLLOW YOU ANYMORE by Danielle Braithwaite Shirley. In addition to this, I developed and managed internal teams, brokered broadcaster partnerships and projects for Factory, and provided creative advice across film and capture output. I also represented Factory International in Austin, Texas at the 2023 South by Southwest creative Festival.

Pepler Creative is a specialist production company delivering large scale arts captures to brodacasters and clients. Project in the last twelve months include: Co-Director for Screen, Alls Well that Ends Well, Executive Producer, Ghosts in the Ruins, BBC4, Co-Producer, Much Ado About Nothing, The Winter's Tale, Royal Shakespeare Company for BBC4. Co-Producer as-live streams for Henry VI Parts 1,2&3 and RICHARD III for cinema distribution in Autumn 2022, also for the RSC. As Head of Content & Broadcast at Coventry UK City of Culture, I delivered more than 500 films for TV, online and film, co-created podcast series, produced more than 40 live streamed broadcasts and directed a number of the multi-camera set ups over the last twelve months. I am an Associate Director with DirectorsUK, a member of Women & Film in TV, Screenskills Associate and an Associate with The Space. I am developing a radio play and a new screenplay currently and growing my development slate of projects for the new year.

I devised, lead and co-delivered the first six week Filming Performance bootcamp for creative artists and production professionals working or living in the West Midlands. Featuring visiting tutors from the worlds of music video, theatre, TV, and screen dance and delivered with support from Screenskills, The Space and West Midlands Combined Authority. I have also written and planned the inaugural Live Streaming Skills bootcamp for the same provider.

I am responsible for building and driving the digital storytelling strategy that underpins the broad range of cultural outputs across the City of Culture Year. My team creates content across short film, podcasts, live streams, television production and digital marketing assets. Recently long listed for the Digital Cultural Awards as Emerging Digital Leader, I am excited to take my skills into new platforms and regions in 2022. As a Creative Practitioner in schools, I worked with Senior Leadership, teaching staff and students to enhance curriculum delivery using media production and creativity skills.

Working as part of the development team at Maverick Television, I originated programme ideas, developed and wrote proposals, shot taster tapes, edited showreels and conducted casting across a variety of genres.

At Ten Years Younger, I looked after the scheduling for eighteen one hour shows for Channel Four, organising crews, suggesting stories, liaising with talent and supervising the work of researchers and runners.

I was commissioned to write the 3rd book in the series to accompany the TV programme Ten Years Younger with Series Expert Cosmetic Surgeon Jan Stanek. The work of 90,000 words was delivered within a ten-week deadline for print.

I organised shoots, booked and liaised with talent, wrote scripts and prepared biographies.
