Reporting to the Contracts Manager within both the Pennecon Heavy Civil and Pennecon Industrial divisions, this position provided support to all major projects from a contractual and commercial aspect. This included, but is not limited to; a focus on commercial and contractual issues, assisting and supporting construction contract formation and drafting, reviewing and providing support to the change order process, interacting with varying stakeholders to obtain all necessary information needed, following up on invoice payments with supporting documentation, assisting with the preparation of commercial letters to Clients, assisting with the participation of post submission negotiations with Clients with an emphasis on contractual and commercial matters, monitoring, documenting, and reporting on prime contract performance and completion, documenting administrative actions and all data required to support the project's business activities and performance assessments.
