With a year’s experience on the candidate resourcing desk, I have now recently joined the client management side as a Recruitment Consultant where I manage small clients as well as Key Accounts.

Providing support to the Recruitment Consultant team by actively sourcing suitable candidates for open positions. Managing the full end to end recruitment life cycle from advertising positions, screening and selection, drug testing (certificate completed with Pro Med), interviewing, reference and criminal back round checks. Ordering all PPE gear for candidates along with monthly stocktake and processing weekly payroll for up to 300 candidates.
