Key Player of team delivering a Multi million dollar renovation of Lyric Theatre for the opening of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on Broadway. This included complete auditorium redesign, MEP, exterior and Marquee, all FOH and lobby spaces in only 10months.Notable highlights:- Established venue operational structure, hired teams, devised and implemented SOPs across all areas of the business in line with 4 separate unions and CBA's. - Developed and maintained relationships with key stakeholders including Producers, SLT and other local city and Broadway based stakeholders- Worked directly with HPCC production team, Blair Parternship and Warner Brothers to further brand integration and enhance customer experience- delivered increased accessibility by adding on demand captioning, audio description and language services addition to an autism friendly performance within our first year- created 'mindful moments' a staff initive to promote positive mental health.
