Working with people has always been my passion. It’s what makes everyday different. Meeting people for the first time or learning about a business and it’s culture, these very businesses which are brought to life by the people who work within it. I am proud to work for a company which has earned the right to advertise themselves as a leading tech recruiter in NZ, giving so many hopeful and talented individuals a chance at landing their dream job. The clients and candidates I work with are my top priority, and it’s though my love of talking to people and the empathy I have for understanding what people want and need to enhance their lives or push their businesses forward, that I find so much enjoyment in being part of the recruitment process. Prior to working at Absolute IT, I worked in sales for HR and Employment law for small and medium NZ businesses. I spent four years at the company and earned the title of Business Sales Partner. Experience in these sectors complimented my core skillset of organisation skills, people skills, business development and client relationship skills.
