I planned maintenance work including both shutdowns and changeover work. I supervised approximately 20 people while these shutdowns occurred. I use Maximo planning system to plan both corrective and preventive maintenance. I determined and acquired material necessary to perform these jobs ahead of time. I worked with the engineers on projects and their maintenance requests. I kept paperwork on all items both electronically and paper copies. I utilized the Maximo system to determine the worse actors on the line and held meetings with the engineers and manager of the lines to determine what the causes were and how they could be eliminated.
