During my Dermaclinical internship, I covered the following roles:- Managed warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and quality control, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.- Interacted with high-end customers, doctors, and industry specialists, providing exceptional customer service and building strong professional relationships.- Demonstrated quick thinking and solution-driven approaches to address operational challenges and meet customer needs effectively and more efficiently. - Successfully managed special projects, such as new product launches and process improvements, contributing to overall operational efficiency.- Assisted in managing Dermaclinical's social media presence, creating engaging content, and interacting with followers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.- Supported B2B marketing efforts by coordinating marketing supplies and materials, and contributing to the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

I worked at SoapBox's pop-up store in Sandton City for about 6 weeks in the holiday season of 2020. During this time, I was given the responsibility to close and open the shop, count and close off the cash register at the end of an 8-hour shift, monitor stock changes, to attend to many high-end clients at once who require fast and efficient service and deal with a high influx of foot traffic. Although my time at SoapBox was short, the experience was well worth it and it equipped me with the skills to be hands-on, timely, responsible, dynamic and hardworking.
