As the Operations Manager at UVU Accelerate, I oversee the Implementation Department, ensuring seamless alignment between our operations and the overall business objectives of the organisation. My primary focus is to manage the day-to-day activities , streamlining operations to ensure optimal resource allocation and smooth project execution.Key Responsibilities:Program Execution & Oversight: I work closely with Executive Leadership to ensure the successful implementation of programmes that drive value for our entrepreneurs. I oversee the implementation team, ensuring that each programme meets its objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and contributes to the long-term success of our participants.Operational Efficiency: I ensure that all resources are allocated effectively and operational processes are executed efficiently. Oversees and manages the CapaCiTi Client Operations Team by managing all activities through operational delivery, planning, implementation, feedback, review, collaboration, co-ordination, and risk mitigation and ensuring all activities are delivered and executed efficiently. Maintaining good practice in delivery aligned with governance, budgets and funding requirements whilst building and sustaining strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
