I am an executive coach with a passion for empowering people to define what drives them to be the best version of themselves. I get a huge amount of satisfaction from seeing people set and achieve their goals, and the impact that this can have for their personal relationships, wellbeing, success as a leader, as well as the wider impact on the organisation, their colleagues and in their personal lives.I graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Industrial and Organisational Psychology in 2000 and completed my training to become registered as an Industrial and Organisational Psychologist in 2004. After many years coaching leaders, I have formalised this skill recently by completing the requirements to be accredited through the International Coaching Community (ICC). I love partnering with my wide variety of clients and being seen as their trusted advisor, working across sectors and industries on small- and large-scale organisational development projects including leadership development, talent management, psychometric assessment for Executive level recruitment, team development, high performance modelling, internal transformation, employee culture surveys and 360 degree surveys. At H2R, I also have a national leadership role where I support our team to be the best they can be. I coach our recruiters to find top talent and strive to be better every day for their clients and candidates, as well as our provide leadership to our organisational development, career and change consultants to enable them to deliver high quality project work in a responsive manner.
