From my first marketing job to freelance client, to hiring teammates and growing a business that services 15+ clients/year, my journey has equipped me with skills that add value to all digital marketing & sales strategies. 🗓 My Beginning: After graduating from UBC I went from a copywriter to the digital marketing manager of a multi-channel strategy including sponsorship and influencer marketing, paid ad campaigns, e-store management, and customer support. I passionately grew brands digitally and supported a consumer packaging redesign for 20+ skus. 🗓 My Leap: I wanted to share my skills to help more local businesses leverage digital media. I put my management degree to work moving from employee to freelance contractor, establishing YYC3. I coordinated high-traffic events, offered brand audits, marketing plans, created content, managed digital sales and marketing tools, designed websites, and improved user experience. I started to grow a network of like-minded individuals to partner with to deliver full-service digital marketing services across North America.🗓 My Growth: YYC3 was recognized by Clutch.co as a Top Marketing and Advertising company in Canada multiple years in a row. I manage a network of vibrant full-time contractors across diverse projects, helping them develop their talents and strengthening our contractor collective into a high-performing community. We've created cult followings, six-figure passive income online courses, and become experts in SMM for natural resource companies. I've also become a real estate investor and Airbnb host! I am inspired by the individuals I work with and have learned a lot about myself through managing others. I've also developed processes and systems that empower new entrepreneurs to join our crew and increase our capacity.
