The VP of Retail Execution drives the strategy, implementation, and growth of retail account management across active markets (currently 4, looking to expand aggressively in 2024), and helps build and execute launch plans for new markets. This role collaborates with Sales and Brand Marketing to create and execute programs and campaigns that build brand awareness in a market, increase brand loyalty, and drive sell-through at the account level. The VP of RE manages a team of Brand Specialists across each market, to collectively execute brand sell-in, field marketing objectives, merchandising standards, community building through meaningful events, and in-market networking. This role is also responsible for multi-state strategic account management, programming, and support.

- Built the Retail Execution department, managed the department budget, and supported the brand in its expansion to 12 markets in 2023.
