Based in Ottawa, Canada since the fall of 2020, I have worked with community non-profits to implement meaningful projects, develop fundraising campaigns and increase organizational knowledge and capacity through research and analysis. Presently, I am helping organizations build and implement creative marketing and communications strategies.I completed my Master's of Science in Global Development from the University of Copenhagen with a dissertation exploring how slum artists challenge prejudice and contribute to development in Nairobi, Kenya. I conducted primary research in Nairobi whilst working as a Project Coordinator Intern at ActionAid International Kenya. Previously, I was an International Youth Fellow with the Aga Khan Foundation Canada and worked for the First MicroFinance Company in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan as a Product and Research Development Associate. I completed my Bachelor's of Commerce with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Carleton University's Sprott School of Business and have experience developing small businesses and leading community projects.
