My current role at Construction Marketing Experts requires me to manage the marketing activity for multiple clients. For a diverse range of clients in the built environment, I have carried out the following:Responsibilities & Achievements- Brand Perception Studies with the results informing their strategy moving forward.- Marketing strategies that have resulted in use of the full marketing mix to gain exposure for the business. - Quarterly activity schedules on multiple platforms including LinkedIn and Facebook.- Researched and delivered key message matrix for clients to ensure the messages these brands convey to their audience are clearly defined and the rationale behind them checked. - Upselling a new website to my client to further improve their presence online. - Developed media relationships with big names such as Construction News and UK Investor Mag, to design campaigns that will grow awareness of my client's brands. - Building relationships with copywriters and web designs who have produced outputs based on my briefs and management.

This role required me to develop and oversee the marketing strategy for several businesses under the Estate umbrella, with a key objective to grow each business, whilst also managing a small team of 3. The entities under the Estate umbrella included Stockton House wedding venue, Apley Farm Shop, Apley Kitchen Café and an annual events calendar tailored to attract different target audiences and achieve different goals throughout the year.Responsibilities – · To positively impact the design and delivery of new events within the business by carrying out market research then executing advertising and awareness campaigns to sell event tickets. · To effectively manage a marketing budget across all aspects of the business and be held accountable for annual KPIs. · To develop processes where department campaigns are clearly understood and defined, executed to achieve business goals then analysed with SMART objectives in mind.· To development the brand guidelines and ensure all aspects of the business are aligned with logos, tone of voice, brand palette and uniformed business communications. · Generate content for and manage all aspects of multiple social media profiles and 3 business websites. · Monitor, promote and grow our customer testimonials and use these to build trust in the brand and internally offer feedback to relevant departments. · Constantly building awareness of Stockton House to grow wedding bookings year on year, including working with journalists and other relevant medias to secure positive coverage, and growing their social pages with a relevant audience. · Regularly assessing and defining our target audiences for each section of the business then utilising multiple channels to advertise to those audiences. · To produce content for blogs and press releases that have been published by local press.
