As Senior Recruitment and Operations Officer for the Department of Executive Education at Leeds University Business School, I work closely with small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) to support them through our specialist growth programmes. I plan and organise the recruitment and operational delivery of SME events and workshops, ensuring a seamless delivery and impactful outcomes whilst building strong working relationships with internal and external partners.I have over 5 years experience working in higher education where I have developed strong skills in recruitment, programme planning, communication, IT, event planning and organisation, operations and customer service.I have a first-class bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism Management from Northumbria University, where I gained a broad understanding of the core areas of business and management and an in-depth knowledge of the tourism sector.
