• Audit and assess core competencies, compliance standards, and work performance, investigate patient and provider complaints, develop corrective and accountability plans, and community provider outreach. • Maintains working knowledge of diagnostic and service coding and referrals. • Prepares, monitors, and presents service reports with change recommendations, and coordinates program improvement with department leadership and executive staff. • Coordinator of the Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) satellite clinics at St. Charles Heart & Lung (Bend, OR), and PeaceHealth Riverbend (Springfield, OR). • Clinic and program coordinator for the ACHD clinic at OHSU.

Process referrals, obtain insurance authorizations, patient scheduling, and manage providers’ clinic templates.

Customer service at the front desk, check patients in and out, triage 90+ calls per day, process clinic fax, and upload medical records to patients’ charts.

I'm head of DMV dept at the store level - assist w/accounting (wholesale and DMV/Sales Tax), relations w/banks and customers. I assist with software training and protocol to our Finance dept. and sales staff. Continued training in Excel 2003 & 2007, ADP, CVR-EVR, Adobe, Word, Excel and Microsoft Office.
